Getting there from Aylesbury (30 miles): A41 to Bicester, then
round bicester to roundabout with A34. Turn left on to A34 and drive for 3/4 mile to new roundabout and turn left. At T-junction within 200 yards turn right, then after 400 yards
turn right again over A34 to Chesterton, turn left into Akeman Street toward Kirtlington, cross over M40 and continue past
Weston-on-the-Green Airfield and Kirtlington Polo Club to T-junction on the edge of Kirtlington. Turn left on to A4095
and follow through Kirtlington to T-junction at Enslow where you turn right. Follow A4095 over canal, railway and river,
then uphill where you fork left towards Woodstock. At junction with A4260 turn left, and in 150 yards turn right towards
Woodstock (still on A4095). continue for 1 mile to roundabout with A44 and turn right. After approx 1 mile, in
town centre turn right at sign for Car Park, then left at Fire Station..
Getting there from Oxford (10 miles): Follow the Woodstock Road
A44 under Oxford Bypass to Woodstock. 1 mile after roundabout with A4095 in the Town Centre turn right where Car Park
is indicated into narrow street, then left by Fire Station.

Lodge GR 426157 and exit park - follow Park Road to Combe Village - at Track/Rd Jn GR 410157 follow track through Higher Westfield
Farm to Lower Westfield Farm GR 401156 - cross River Evenlode under railway bridge and continue up to Roman Villa - join the
Oxfordshire Way at GR 394165 and follow footpath via Bagg's Bottom and on to Akeman Street - follow for 2 miles to Grim's
Ditch GR 427183 - footpath to Column of Victory GR 435170 - park gate at GR 442170 - through town to Finish.
There is a modern loo in the Car Park for which 20p is required.
